Returns/Pick Up Policy
We hope that you love all of your purchases from Mabel & Lou Boutique! However, please read the following steps on how to return your purchase if you're not fully satisfied.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds.
- Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
- TO RETURN: If you would like a return label sent to you please email mabelandlouinfo@gmail.com with the subject RETURN and your order number. Label cost will be taken out of your remaining store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be issued.
- Please include your packing slip with all returns.
- Any items bought while on sale are NOT eligible for returns. (This includes, flash sales, weekend sales, *last one* sales, holiday sales, Black Friday, etc.)
- For sanitary purposes, all bodysuits are FINAL SALE
- Any items that are not in perfect condition will not be accepted. This includes removed tags, deodorant stains, damaged clothing, etc.
- Items that smell strongly of any odor including perfume will not be accepted.
- All items that are sent back and not eligible for return can be shipped back to customer for a $7 shipping fee.
IN STORE PICK UP ORDERS:
- In store pickup location: CHOLLY & WALDOS- 39 Central Square Suite 102
- Please come prepared with your order number.
- In store pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days or items will be restocked.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH MAIL. ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO CHOLLY & WALDOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
